We currently have a vacancy for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager based in the Southwest of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our sales potential whilst providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Achieve growth by increasing the sales of the Victor range of Machine Tools
• Working alongside our marketing team to design and implement a business plan that expands customer base to ensure strong presence within the machine tools market
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Providing technical advice on the product range
• Responding to inbound sales leads whilst self-generating appointments with new customers
• Travelling from home to site if required by customer

Essential Requirements:

This post requires a candidate who will proactively offer spares to the market and develop solutions for customers alongside managing and maintaining the Online Spare Parts Shop. It is expected that the successful candidate will have some sales/technical/commercial experience and be confident with MS Office. They will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be great at building customer relationships.

Salary for this role is £25,000 per annum with additional benefits of 25 days annual leave, company pension, company uniform, training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Monitoring stock levels
• Raising Purchase Orders in order to replenish stock levels
• Liaising with Victor Taichung parts department to seek technical support if necessary
• Liaising with Victor Taichung parts department to order spare parts
• Dealing with customer enquiries and establishing their spare part requirements
• Packaging and arranging delivery of parts to customers
• Liaising with internal sales to organise efficient and cost-effective transportation of parts to the UK
• Raising Parts Invoices and sending out to customer via post and email
• Ordering packaging materials
• Carrying out stock takes on a bi-annual basis
• Managing the online Parts Shop
• Photographing parts and uploading to website
• Managing and maintaining the parts list and organising the parts online by brand
• Any other duty associated with this role

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Experience in an office environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM Software and SAGE)
• Confident to work at all levels within an organisation, both internal and external.
• Exemplary Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We currently have a vacancy for a CNC Service Engineer who is required to provide a first-class service to our customers within the mainland of the UK.

You will be part of an expanding team and benefits will include a salary commensurate with experience and offer a company vehicle, overtime, mobile phone, laptop, annual leave and private pension.

Responsibilities for the role include:

• Repair and routine maintenance on CNC Lathes and Machining Centres on site at our customers premises or at our warehouse in Greater Manchester
• Set up and commissioning of new machinery installations on site
• Ordering of spares required from our parts department
• Answerering customer technical queries on machines
• Repair/service of used stock items
• Travelling from home to site if required by customer

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working within a similar role
• First class knowledge of CNC Systems including but not limited to Fanuc Controls
• Relevant mechanical/electrical qualifications
• Knowledge of installations, fault finding, electrical and/or mechanical repairs.
• Willingness to travel nationally and prepared to stay overnight if required (mainly local)
• Full, clean UK driving license
